  • Starting your journey is as easy as 1-2-3! Here's how to begin:

    2. Once I’ve reviewed your needs, I'll match you with a VA and send you a link to book a discovery call.

    3. Enjoy a relaxed, no-pressure chat with your VA match, ask questions, and see if they’re the right fit for you.

    Remember, you're in the driver's seat! There's absolutely no obligation or pressure to proceed until you're fully ready. I'm here to support your success, on your terms, at your pace.

  • Let's break it down: there are roughly 20 workdays in a month, right? So if an hour a day would cover the tasks you'd like to pass on, booking 20 hours a month would be a good start.

    Not entirely sure? No problem! Start small, and as you identify more tasks you'd like your VA to tackle, you can easily increase your hours based on your changing needs. Flexibility is key here!

  • We use time-tracking software to log our hours. You're welcome to ask for updates anytime you like – daily, weekly, or whenever it suits you.

    Your VA can send these updates over to you via email or your preferred communication channel. It's our way of ensuring you're always clued up with your hours and budget.

  • Absolutely! All my VAs are professionally insured, registered for data protection with the ICO, and have a confidentiality clause in their contract. They can also sign an NDA if required.

    Plus, I personally verify a minimum of two references for each VA joining my team - I stake my reputation on their professionalism. You can rest easy knowing your business is in safe hands!

  • We're super flexible when it comes to communication. Love emails? We're on it. Prefer a good old phone call or a face-to-face video chat? You’ve got it. Or maybe you're a fan of project management tools like Trello, or Asana. We're all for it!

    Our goal is to slot into your world smoothly, creating a system that feels like a comfy pair of slippers.

  • For monthly retainers, you’ll receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for the hours we’ve agreed, which is payable by GoCardless direct debit. I can also accommodate other payment methods if you prefer.

    No surprise fees or hidden costs here! Once you've used up your retainer hours for the month, your VA will hold off on working additional hours without your authorisation.

    You're always in control of your spending. Everything is agreed upon upfront because I know surprise costs are no fun.

    For one-off projects, payment is structured as 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. These payments can be made via Stripe or Bank Transfer. This arrangement helps manage the project efficiently, ensuring both parties are committed to successful completion.

  • For monthly retainers, the minimum contract is just 10 hours per month at £350 plus VAT. This allows your VA to provide you with consistent and dedicated support tailored to your specific needs, ensuring they can make a real impact on your business and personal productivity.

    For one-off projects, there is no minimum hour requirement. These projects start at £500 plus VAT and will be quoted based on the specific requirements of your request. This ensures that you receive a tailored solution that aligns perfectly with your project's unique needs and scope.

  • Let's face it, life is full of changes, right? If you ever want to adjust your monthly retainer, no problem! Just let me know with a week's notice before your next invoice is due, so I can sort out the details for you.

    Considering waving goodbye completely? Again, that's totally fine. You can end your contract anytime by providing a month's written notice.

    As for one-off projects, it's a bit different. Once we've kicked things off, those projects can't be cancelled. But don't worry, I'm all about clear communication and setting expectations right from the get-go.
