A Little Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Emma, and I work from my home office near St. Ives, Cambridgeshire. I'm a proud mum of three, a crime drama TV addict, a lover of good food (well, all food really, who doesn't love a slice of cake sometimes) and I dream of one day living by the sea with a beautiful sea view. 

My decision to set up my own virtual assistant business was inspired by my partner who runs his own successful signwriting business. He opened my eyes to just how much ‘behind the scenes’ work is involved in the day-to-day running of a business, from admin and chasing up leads to marketing and social media… the list is endless! Like many small business owners he did not want to employ staff, he just needed some support so that he could focus his time on doing what he does best, making signs and in turn making money.

I work with a diverse range of businesses, all of whom have different challenges to solve and different tasks they need help with. My clients range from freelancers and small business owners, charities and social enterprises, through to busy executives working in large corporate organisations, such as a global company based in London whose activities span across 50 countries. Due to the nature of working virtually, I can work with clients in any location, with no geographical limitation, but my heart lies in working with other small business owners in the UK, so I choose to only work with UK clients.

I'm committed to providing the very best service to both you and your customers and it's my goal to treat your business as if it were my own and become a valued member of your team.
