Hi Romy, please introduce yourself
I'm Romy. I work as an Intuitive Guide supporting people to come back into balance with themselves and foster a deeper sense of self-trust. I work spiritually to deliver insights into the energy conversations in the collective to help guide people with clarity and connection. My work is shared through 1-1 sessions, my YouTube Channel with monthly soul stories and my social media presence.
What challenges did you face before you started working with me?
Keeping on top of all the administrative aspects of my business, prioritising tasks and maintaining consistency across all parts of the business.
Did you try to resolve this challenge prior to working with me? If so, what happened?
Yes but I became quite overwhelmed and frustrated, often just missing things I wanted to do such as sending out newsletters regularly simply because I was time-poor.
What made you decide to work with a VA rather than employ someone?
It better suited my business and set-up. I prefer someone to work on their own terms and feel it allows them to have the best work/life balance and therefore show up with the right energy and attitude. It allowed me to work on delegating and have access to someone with the professionalism and experience Emma delivers without the bigger responsibilities of managing and dealing with what's involved with direct employment.
What was the most important consideration when choosing the right VA to work with?
Energy, attitude, experience, and skill set.
What difference has working with me made to your business?
Invaluable. I have complete trust and feel relaxed and at ease knowing what I request will be done efficiently, on time and with integrity and professionalism.

Trusting, harmonious, efficient.
What would you say to someone thinking about working with me?
Don't hesitate, the standard of work is always excellent. Emma's communication is always helpful and intuitive suggesting new ideas. Emma is laser-fast to pick up new things and overall it is just such a relief to have someone I can completely trust to deliver my tasks so my business and brand continue to grow and I am free to focus on what I do best within the business.
